Delivery and payment
During the war period, the delivery time for orders is 5-7 business days. If you need urgent delivery, please ask the manager if it is possible today. After sending, the TTN number will be sent via SMS.
Please make sure the phone number listed on your order card is correct. To quickly track shipments using TC “Novaya Poshta”, we recommend installing the official application.
Be sure to check the integrity of your order at the post office/courier. What to do if something is wrong is described at the bottom of the page. Orders arrive in a cardboard box with our branded sticker; inside there are only cosmetics and wood shavings filling, ensuring safe transportation.
Payment Methods
Online payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay – no commission
Payment for the order on the website with Visa, MasterCard bank cards through the Monobank system. Payment without commission. There is no need to send confirmation of payment, the order is automatically processed!
When ordering up to 500 UAH, subscription is 100%
When ordering from 500, subscription is 200 UAH
From 1500 UAH delivery is free

Order status in your personal account
You can find out the status of your order by status:
New – all orders placed before payment is made;
In processing – payment for the order has been fixed, we are working on it;
Delivered – the order has already been collected by the manager and will soon be transferred to the courier / has already been transferred and sent to the post office – you will soon receive an SMS message with the invoice number;
Delivered – the order is on the way or has already arrived at the place of delivery (to track the arrival of the parcel at your branch, we recommend installing the Nova Poshta application).
Attention! We change all statuses manually, not always immediately. If you paid for your order online on the website or using the details (and sent us a confirmation by email – this is required for payment by card/account number!), and the status of the order has not changed – do not worry, this will definitely happen within 1 business day!
Important nuances when receiving at Nova Poshta
Please remember to inspect your parcels at the post office. All our shipments are insured for the full value. If the cargo is damaged, we offer 2 options:
1. Take a photo/video, refuse the parcel (indicate the reason: damage during transportation), inform us, attaching evidence, ask the operator to return it to us (at our expense). We will send you a complete replacement order as soon as possible at our expense.
2. Take a photo/video, pick up the parcel (if most of it is suitable for use and you are satisfied), inform us, attaching evidence. We will quickly send you a partial replacement of your order – those items that are damaged, also at our expense.
Please note: by picking up the cargo from the mail, you agree with its contents/integrity/appearance.
